Patrick J. Lucey has served more than 30 years in public service and politics. He served as U.S. Ambassador to Mexico from 1977 to 1979 and as Governor of Wisconsin for more than six years before that. Mr. Lucey was previously Democratic Party Chairman, was a close advisor to President Kennedy and played a prominent role in the presidential campaign of Robert Kennedy. Mr. Lucey served as Deputy Campaign Manager for the presidential campaign of Senator Edward Kennedy and in 1982, he joined the Madison Consulting Group as a senior consultant.
