Martin Nolan is the Washington Bureau Chief of the Boston Globe. Prior to becoming bureau chief, Mr. Nolan was a political reporter for the Boston Globe. From 1963 to 1965 he served in the U.S. Army as an instructor in journalism. Mr. Nolan is also a syndicated columnist and has been featured in The Village Voice, Washington Star, and the New York Times Book Review.
