Karen Paget is the Executive Director of The Youth Project, a public foundation which supports a wide range of social change organizations at the local, state, regional, and national levels. Previously she served in the Action Federal Agency as the Acting Associate Director, Deputy Associate Director of Domestic and Anti-poverty Operations, and Regional Director of Region 8. Ms. Paget also served on the staff of the Colorado Legislature Senate Democratic Caucus, as a lecturer and senior lecturer at Western Australian Institute of Technology, and on the Boulder City Council.
