Jim Moody served 19 years in the U.S. House of Representatives, representing the state of Wisconsin. While in Congress, Mr. Moody served on the Ways and Means Committee, Public Works and Transportation Committee and was an Official Congressional Observer at the Arms Reduction Talks between the United States and Soviet Union. Prior to serving in Congress, Mr. Moody was a member of the Wisconsin State Legislature and Assistant Professor of Economics ad the University of Wisconsin. Mr. Moody also served as a member on the Council of Foreign Relations, Co-chairman of the Congressional Roundtable on U.S.-Soviet Relations, and co-founded the Congressional Budget Task Force Group.
