James M. Lombard served as State Representative for Florida's 70th District for eight years. From 1990-1992, he served as Republican Leader of the Florida House of Representatives and on the Executive Board of the Republican State Committee. Previously, Mr. Lombard served as Administrator of the Office of Management for the U.S. Education Department and Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Office of Postsecondary Education in the U.S. Education Department.
