Herrington J. Bryce is the Vice President for Washington operations with The Academy for Contemporary Problems. Mr. Bryce is a former Brookings Economic Policy Fellow and former Director of Research at the Joint Center for Political Studies. He also was a consultant for The Urban Institute, Ford Foundation, Government of Panama (Educational Planning), and the Inter-American Development Bank.
