Daniel K. Whitehurst is Mayor of Fresno, California and Vice President and Counsel at Stephen & Bean, Inc. He served on the Fresno City Council for two years prior to his election as mayor. Currently, Mr. Whitehurst serves as a member of the Advisory Board of the U.S. Conference of Mayors, on the Advisory Council of the National League of Cities, and as treasurer of the National Conference of Democratic Mayors. Mr. Whitehurst is the youngest mayor in the country of a city of 100,000 people, having been elected at the age of 28.
