Carol Ruth Silver is a student placement counselor and teacher at Golden Gate College Law School, consultant to the National Legal Aid and Defender Association, consultant to the Domestic Relations Computerization Project, and consultant for Executive Systems, Inc. for Evaluation Program on OEO Legal Services projects. Previously, Ms. Silver spent six years with OEO Legal Services, including having written the original Legal Services proposal for Durham, North Carolina and working on various OEO legal services projects. She was also co-director of the Legal Clinic at Golden Gate College Law School and Executive Director of Berkeley Neighborhood Legal Services.
