Bernard Robert Gifford was president and chief administrative office for FIGHT and its subsidiaries and was a lecturer on community economic development at the University of Rochester Graduate School of Business and the John F. Kennedy School of Government. Currently, Mr. Gifford serves as a consultant to the Cambridge Institute and the National Institute of Public Affairs on community economic development and is a member of the board of directors of Urban Development Corporation-Rochester, Inc.
