About Teach for America
Teach For America launches promising leaders into careers that partner with children and their communities to build a brighter future. We train and support individuals passionate about making an impact to teach and tackle educational disparities affecting students. Together, we transform and improve how students learn, live, and lead.
We train people from every academic major, occupation, and background to teach or tutor in underserved schools. Full-Time Teaching: Empower the next generation as a trained and certified teacher:. Full-time, full salary and benefits, choose from ~40 locations nationwide. Since 2020 we have also launched the IGNITE fellowship a Part-Time Tutoring: Boost student growth as a virtual tutor while in college: Part-time, paid, work from anywhere to further student learning and help prospective leaders bolster their skills before entering the classroom.
