The Institute of Politics invites you to join us for a conversation with John Bisognano, President of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee. Drawing on his experience in the Obama White House, the Democratic National Committee, and multiple presidential campaigns, Bisognano will discuss the role of redistricting in shaping American democracy and the fight for fair representation. The conversation will explore how organizing, law, and political strategy intersect in the battle over voting power—and what’s at stake in the years ahead.

About John Bisognano
John Bisognano is the President of the National Democratic Redistricting Committee (NDRC) & its affiliates, including Redistricting Action, 501(c)(4) and the National Redistricting Foundation, 501(c)(3). Bisognano is a veteran of the Obama White House, Democratic National Committee, and multiple presidential campaigns. Bisognano brings over a decade of experience organizing within the Democratic Party, starting with taking on leadership roles in former President Obama’s campaign and eventually in The White House as the Associate Director of Public Engagement. John also serves on the board of National Security Action, Square One Politics and is a Truman National Security Fellow.
