President Trump has stated his intention to eliminate more than 90% of funding for the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), an independent federal agency which provides foreign aid and supports development throughout the world. With the future of USAID hanging in the balance, a panel of experts joins us to share their perspective on what this means, and what happens next.
