Study Group with John Anzalone: Dissecting the 2024 Presidential Election and Major Congressional Races

Description

Meeting Method:
In-Person
Associated Program:
Fellows & Study Groups

The dynamics of the presidential race have changed dramatically since Joe Biden dropped out of the race and Kamala Harris has become the nominee. With just six weeks until election day we will dissect key demographic groups that have changed the race for president and will look at the voting groups driving support for each presidential candidate. We will also take a deep look at voters who makes up the small swing and undecided voter universe and which are the “tipping” point battleground states that will decide the race. There will also be an overview of all the key congressional races that might decide control of the Senate and the House.

AUDIENCE: These conversations are open to members of the Harvard community. Please RSVP with a valid Harvard email address.

OFF-THE-RECORD: In keeping with our long tradition at the IOP to ensure honest and candid discussions of politics, all IOP study groups are off-the-record.
