Doug Elmendorf will discuss how art influences his public service and how creative power can be a viable tool for transformation at the intersection of artistic expression and civic engagement. We will discuss how the arts can be a mechanism for sustaining the spirit of public service as well as act as a vehicle for constructing strategies for problem-solving, community engagement and creating the next new idea for a better world.
