IOP Resident Fellow Aimee Guidera brings decades of experience from the front lines of education policy, having served as Virginia's Secretary of Education and led state-level efforts to raise academic expectations and restore excellence. Her deep experience spans government, policy development, and education systems-making her uniquely positioned to offer insights into how decisions actually get made.
During these office hours, you will experience:

- Direct access to ask about her experience in the room where it happens. Career advice or anything you want to chat about!

Meeting Schedule
Lunch Office Hours will take place at rotating upperclassmen dining halls on Tuesdays and Thursdays, 12:30pm-1:30pm. Drop-in anytime!
