What does it take to lead when political norms are shifting, institutions are under strain, global alliances are being tested and public trust is declining? The IOP Fall 2026 Residential Fellows bring perspectives from the Cabinet, the statehouse, diplomacy and journalism. In their first Forum together, they will examine how leaders make big decisions amid uncertainty and what it takes to govern through change.
