Join the Institute of Politics and Spring 2026 Resident Fellow Aimee Rogstad Guidera for a timely Lunch & Learn conversation on the future of the U.S. workforce. This discussion will highlight new recommendations from the Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) to develop a comprehensive national strategy for strengthening the labor market amid rapid economic and technological change.

Drawing on the work of BPC’s Commission, panelists will explore an emerging roadmap to better align education and workforce training with employer needs, expand pathways to economic mobility, and enhance U.S. global competitiveness. The conversation will offer insights into how policymakers, educators, and business leaders can work together to build a more resilient and inclusive workforce for the future.
