The annual Robert S. McNamara Lecture on War and Peace will be delivered by Pramila Patten, United Nations Special Representative of the Secretary-General on Sexual Violence in Conflict. Patten will discuss the evolving nature of her office's mandate, and the many regions across the globe where addressing sexual violence is a growing priority. Following her remarks, a moderated conversation will follow.
