About Katy Dolan: 
Katy Dolan is the COO of Impactive, the leading digital organizing platform for Democrats. She has spent six years developing Impactive into one of the foremost political technology companies in the country, including partnerships with leading organizations like Voters of Tomorrow, HeadCount, Black Voters Matter, the DCCC, Reproductive Freedom for All, and many more. Katy is a passionate generalist, combining expertise in entrepreneurship and politics with skills in product, sales, marketing, finance, and more; before Impactive, she worked as a self-employed startup consultant, plus stints in venture capital and political communications. Katy graduated from the College in 2018 (Mather, Sociology), and currently lives in Seattle, WA.
