Dr. Richard Haass, president of the Council on Foreign Relations, joined Belfer Center for Science and International Affairs Director, Graham Allison in the JFK Jr. Forum for a conversation on American foreign policy. Dr. Haass addressed topics ranging from reflections on the two U.S. wars in Iraq to the Obama administration’s response to the current crisis in Syria.
