The annual Gleitsman Citizen Activist Award, presented by the Center for Public Leadership at Harvard Kennedy School, honors leadership in social activism that has improved the quality of life in the United States. The 2026 Gleitsman Citizen Activist Award honoree is sports icon and equality champion Billie Jean King, who will be recognized for her extraordinary public leadership in advancing gender equality.
