TOPIC: The Global Threat Emanating from the People’s Republic of China. The real world today is one with an emboldened People’s Republic of China and leadership of Chairman Xi and the Chinese Communist Party.  Pundits and scholars refer to a Great Power Competition, but a competition implies that players are playing the same game, on the same playing field, and following the same rules. This is not the case in the strategic rivalry that has emerged between the United States and the PRC.

GUEST: We will hear from former Deputy National Security Advisor Matt Pottinger on a range of issues that address how the U.S. must address an empowered and emboldened PRC.
