Elements of a Negotiation
We'll together try to call out what we've learned so far about what makes a negotiation successful - how to measure and make use of the politics, the substance, the desired outcome, the moment in history that might or might not be conducive, the impact of the players themselves, the role of regional and international partners and antagonists, the levers available of incentives and disincentives, etc.
