
Are we facing years of climate inaction at the federal level or can the private sector keep the nation moving forward?
The science is clear and the clean energy train has left the station. Is that enough to keep politician and the public focused on facts and making climate investments? Cathy Zoi, former Assistant Secretary for Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy at the U.S. Department of Energy, will join to talk about energy investment in the public and private sector, and what we can expect moving forward.
Study Groups are weekly off-the-record discussions on various topics of political, policy, and public interest. All are welcome; no prior knowledge or experience is necessary to attend or participate. Sessions take place at the IOP. Groups begin the week of 2/13/17 and end the week of 4/10/17. It is not necessary to attend all groups to participate in the program.
