Session #2 September 30: Working with the World Outside the Executive Branch
 
A public sector Executive deals with the tugs and pulls of other governments, branches of government, advocates, stakeholders, labor unions,  political parties as well as the public. We will discuss how to succeed in these relationships at the state level because the Executive’s success or failure overall depends on it.
