Access to affordable health care is one of the top concerns of small business owners across the country.  In October, the health care exchanges created through the Affordable Care Act will open for enrollment.  Special exchanges called SHOP will be available for small business owners with less than 50 employees.  What will the new law and the exchanges mean for America’s small businesses?
