The Institute of Politics at Harvard Kennedy School invites students from Harvard and fellow IOPs to convene for a virtual watch party as President Donald Trump and former Vice President Joe Biden take the stage in Cleveland for the first presidential debate. Students will have the opportunity to watch the debate and simultaneously share their reactions in real-time with one another in a facilitated conversation led by student pollsters from the Harvard Youth Poll. 

Each year, the IOP’s National Campaign brings together student leaders to engage with one another on issues of civic and political participation and to develop best practices for increasing democratic engagement on campuses. This is your opportunity to connect with your peers on issues of civic and political participation and identify ways to increase democratic engagement in your community.
