Join us on Tuesday, May 19 at 4:30 PM ET via Zoom for a candid conversation with IOP Spring 2020 Resident Fellow Mark Harvey to discuss this week's headlines. Mark Harvey is the former Special Assistant to the President and Senior Director for Resilience Policy on the National Security Council Staff, and over the past 15 years, has helped author a wide variety of plans, policies, and doctrine to foster resilience through effective risk management.

This conversation is open to students, staff, and faculty of Harvard College and Harvard Kennedy School as well as past Spring 2020 study group attendees.
