The guest speakers will be: Jeffrey Rosen, the President of the National Constitution Center and Legal Affairs Editor of the New Republic, who has been called "the nation's most widely read and influential legal commentator;" and Nicco Mele, Lecturer at the Shorenstein Center, webmaster for Barack Obama and Howard Dean, and author of "The End of Big."
The session will explore the threats to free speech and privacy posed by the internet, and the role of the courts, and the judicial model, concerning them.
