Location, Location, Location!

 

Why do some states elect female politicians (New Hampshire), while others have yet to produce one female governor, senator or member of Congress (Iowa)? To find some answers, I’ll dish on my best war stories from the campaign trail, and then we’ll discuss test cases from the 2014 midterms.
