Samantha Ruazol

My name is Samantha Ruazol, and I am a junior (Class of 2027) from Chicago, IL, in Eliot House studying Government.

This year, I am deeply excited to take on the role of Co-Chair for the Fellows and Study Groups program (FSG), bringing prominent individuals to the IOP for a semester as Resident Fellows– hosting weekly off-the-record conversations on a topic in their area of expertise. Over the next year, I look forward to continuing to enhance the Associate experience and increasing access to our Fellows through various community events.

Within the IOP, I am also a member of the Harvard Votes Challenge and have previously served as a member of the Politics of Race & Ethnicity and as a Summer Fellow for the Harvard Political Review. Outside of the IOP, I am the President of Chicago-Area Students of Harvard, as part of the Harvard Club of Chicago. In my free time, I like to binge-watch Gilmore Girls, read, hang out with friends, and explore Boston.
