Richard is a Quincy House resident originally from Albany, New York. A member of the Class of 2021, he is studying Applied Math & Economics with a secondary in Government. In the summer before his sophomore year he was an IOP Director’s Intern in the office of Congresswoman Elise Stefanik. As chair of the Harvard Public Opinion Project, Richard is excited to delve deeper into what his generation thinks about politics and public service. When he’s not at the IOP, Richard enjoys hiking and playing tuba in the Harvard University Band.
