Fellows and Study Groups

My name is Liz Benecchi, and I am a sophomore from Marietta, Georgia. I live in Adams House, and I study Government and Women & Gender Studies. I am the Co-Chair of Fellows & Study Groups, which is a program that brings in prominent figures as Resident Fellows to the IOP to host weekly small-group conversations in their areas of expertise. Over the next year, I am excited to get to know all of the new members, continue building and fostering FSG's community, and expand transparency in the application process. At the IOP, I'm also involved in Women in Leadership, the Harvard Public Opinion Project, and have written for the Harvard Political Review. Outside of the IOP, I am a part of Harvard's Women in Business club, the Harvard Undergraduate Foreign Policy Initiative, and work in Public Relations for We Thrive Media. In my free time, I like to go on long walks with my dog, play the ukulele, teach my friends card games, and watch The White Lotus and Atlanta with my roommates.
