Liana McGhee

My name is Liana, and I am a junior (Class of 2025) from Long Grove, Illinois in Mather House studying Social Studies with a Secondary in Psychology. I am the President of the Harvard Political Review (HPR), a student run publication of politics, policy, and culture written and published entirely by Harvard undergraduates. Over the next year, I am looking forward to expanding the HPR’s editorial and publication operations, connecting the HPR to exciting new business opportunities, and continuing to amplify the voices of Harvard students as they discuss the salient political issues of our time. In addition to the HPR, here at the IOP I've been a member of the Policy and CIVICS programs! Outside of all things IOP, I am involved in Model United Nations and intern for a political consulting firm based in Washington, DC. In my free time, I like to listen to Taylor Swift, taste test matcha lattes around Boston, and hang out with my friends!
