Emma Pham-Tran
My name is Emma, and I am a junior (Class of 2027) from Sacramento, California in Quincy studying Government and Global Health and Health Policy. I am the Co-Chair of the Conferences Committee, which hosts both student-run and bipartisan flagship political conferences. Over the next year, I am looking forward to expanding our student-led programming and creating more opportunities for us to foster community within and outside our program. I previously served as the Harvard Vote Challenge's Director of Democracy Days, the Campaigns & Advocacy Program Deputy Chair, and the Harvard Political Union's Director of Special Events.
Outside of the IOP, I am a research assistant for the People Lab, Deputy Site Coordinator for the Cambridge Public Library's Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program, and Deputy Director of External Affairs for Harvard Model Congress.
In my free time, I like to walk around Boston and read, especially anything by Jane Austen!
