Ava Pallotta
My name is Ava Pallotta and I am a sophomore (Class of 2025) from New York! I live in Quincy House and am currently pursuing a double concentration in Government & Sociology. I am beyond excited to serve as the Co-Chair of Harvard Votes Challenge, which aims to take the 'challenge' out of voting on and beyond Harvard's campus! This year, I am hoping get creative about how to expand opportunities to be civically engaged at Harvard and generate enthusiasm about voting in a "non-election year". I also am a part of the Women's Initiative in Leadership here at the IOP, and was previously a member of CIV-TUT, Policy, and CAP! Outside of the IOP, I serve as the Deputy Director of Mobilization for a non-partisan organization aimed at increasing youth voter turnout called Voters of Tomorrow, and as the Lead Costumer for the Hasty Pudding Theatricals. When I'm not dropping off voting materials or tabling somewhere on campus, I like to work on my narrative writing, force my friends to try my not-so-great coffee recipes, and support student organizing efforts in any way I can!
