Fellow Jon Finer in New York Times

In the Saturday, March 4 edition of The New York Times, Institute of Politics Resident Fellow Jon Finer wrote an opinion piece about the United States' strategy against terrorism. This overwhelming focus, says Finer, overpowers some broader policy decisions both foreign and domestic. Finer and his co-author Robert Malley, a former adviser to President Obama, suggest that Congress "convene a bipartisan panel" to study and accurately report on the threat of terrorism and how the U.S. government can better meet it.
