Edgar Carrero is a rising junior at Harvard University from Miami, Florida. He is a prospective Government concentrator with a secondary in Economics. At Harvard, he serves as President of the Harvard Libertarian Club, volunteers weekly at the Harvard Reach program and is an active member of the Harvard College Law Society. In his spare time, Edgar enjoys investing and watching soccer. Last summer, he interned with his Congresswoman and also served as a summer program instructor in Vietnam. This summer, he is thrilled to be working at the Cato Institute’s Center for Global Liberty and Prosperity.
