Ted Wilson

Ted Wilson is Director of the Hinckley Institute of Politics at the University of Utah and Associate Adjunct Professor in the Political Science Department. In 1988, he was the Democratic candidate for Governor of Utah and in 1982 was the Democratic candidate for the U.S. Senate. Mr. Wilson was mayor of Salt Lake City, Utah from 1976 to 1985, having been elected three times. In June 1979, Mayor Wilson was one of thirteen mayors chosen to officially visit the People's Republic of China.
