S.B. Woo is the Lieutenant Governor of Delaware and a Professor of Physics at the University of Delaware. He is President of the Delaware State Senate, President of the Board of Pardons for Delaware, a member of the Budget Commission of Delaware, a member-at-large of the Executive Committee of the National Conference of Lieutenant Governors, and Co-Chairman of the Governor's International Trade Council. Previously, Mr. Woo served as Chairman of the Governor's Task Force on High Technology and Chairman of the Eastern Region of the National Conference of Lieutenant Governors.
