Philip Hoff is an attorney in Burlington, VT after having served as Governor of Vermont from 1962 to 1969. He was Chairman of the New England Governors' Conference and is a member of the Public Land Law Review Commission, a trustee of Williams College and of the New England Aquarium. Mr. Hoff served as a Navy seaman in the Submarine Service during World War II.
