Nancy Risque Rohrbach

Nance Risque Rohrbach has more than twenty years experience in public and private sector policy development and issue management. Mrs. Risque Rohrbach served as Assistant to the President and Cabinet Secretary from February 1987 through January 1989, where she managed the Economic Policy Council and the Domestic Policy Council. Previously, she was Deputy Assistant to the President for Legislative Affairs, and she joined the White House staff in 1981 as a member of the legislative liaison team tot the House of Representatives.

Beginning in 1985, she participated in the work of the United Nations Commission on the Status of Women, serves on the board of the International Women's Leadership Exchange, is a member of the National Commission on Children, and was a member of the President's Interagency Committee on Women's Business Enterprise. Before joining the White House, Mrs. Risque Rohrbach was a government affairs representative for the Standard Oil Company of Ohio, an energy affairs representative for the American Paper Institute, and worked for the Assistant Secretary of Commerce for Tourism during the Ford Administration.
