Kenneth J. Blackwell

J. Kenneth Blackwell is the former mayor of Cincinnati and is currently Associate Vice President of Community Relations for Xavier University. First elected in 1977 to the Cincinnati City Council, Mr. Blackwell was re-elected in 1979 and 1981. In 1978, he served as vice-mayor and in 1980 as mayor. In addition to his role as Associate Vice President, Mr. Blackwell is an Associate Professor of Education.
