Josie Heath was the Democratic candidate from Colorado for U.S. Senate in 1990. Previously, Ms. Heath served as Chair of the Board of County Commissioners for Boulder County, as a Presidential appointee to the U.S. Circuit Judge Nominating Commission for the 10th District, and Founder of the Boulder County Clean Air Consortium.
