Chris Kuang

Chris a proud resident of Lowell House originally from Winchester, Massachusetts. A member of the Class of 2020, he is studying Applied Mathematics and Economics. Chris previously co-chaired an Economics Policy Group that researched and wrote a policy white paper on autonomous vehicle legislation for Massachusetts State Senator Eric Lesser. He also served as Director of Communications of the Harvard Political Union and Student Director of the 2017 Seminar on Transition for Newly Elected Mayors. Outside the Institute of Politics, Chris is the co-founder of Coding it Forward, a nonprofit that inspires and empowers young people to pursue social impact technology opportunities, and a photographer for Harvard Yearbook Publications. His interests include traveling, photography, and cheering on the New England Patriots.
